Meet the Hearts Behind the Paws
We are a dedicated group of volunteers and foster parents in Oklahoma City, united by a shared love for dogs and a commitment to giving every at-risk pup a second chance at life.

Jenny ChangÂ
Executive Director
Jenny Chang is the founder and Executive Director of 4 Paws Support. She began her animal welfare work in Oklahoma as a volunteer with OKC Animal Welfare and has since helped place more than 100 dogs in loving homes. After recognizing the need for greater support for foster families, she founded 4 Paws Support, which has grown into an animal rescue and community resource organization serving both pets and people.

Shelby Croslin
Secretary
Shelby Croslin began fostering in December 2023 after seeing shelter euthanasia lists filled with healthy, adoptable animals. Since then, she and her family have fostered more than 80 animals, many of whom were at risk of euthanasia. As a member of the 4 Paws Support Board of Directors, Shelby brings extensive hands-on fostering experience and a deep commitment to giving animals a second chance. She is also passionate about inspiring other families to become involved in fostering and animal welfare.

Cayly Chevalier
Treasurer
Cayly Chevalier brings nearly three years of hands-on animal welfare experience to the 4 Paws Support board. After witnessing the overwhelming number of dogs being euthanized, she became dedicated to helping dogs in need and has since fostered more than 20 dogs, primarily pit bull–type dogs and French Bulldogs. Her experience caring for foster dogs, understanding their individual needs, and helping prepare them for successful adoptions gives her valuable insight as a board member. Cayly is passionate about advocating for vulnerable dogs and helping them find safe, loving forever homes.
